He has a keen eye for talent and can quickly identify candidates with the technical skills and experience necessary to excel in a particular role.

Ron’s experience working as a software developer has also given him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by HR professionals and the importance of effective recruiting strategies. He understands the importance of building strong relationships with candidates and is dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Since transitioning to technical recruiting, Ron has quickly developed a reputation as a skilled and effective recruiter. He is passionate about helping his clients find the best possible talent and is always looking for innovative ways to improve his recruiting strategies.

In his free time, Ron enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends in the technology industry and is an active member of several industry groups and organizations. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys exploring new destinations whenever possible. Ron is pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science at Howard University.
