Greg Lewin is the principal and lead recruiter at Best People Search. He started out as an in-house consultant for some of largest brands in the world before deciding to make a business out of his ability to easily identify candidates by their unique talents and the often indecipherable je ne sais quoi that most employers seek in their archetypal candidates but oftentimes require a pair of trained eyes to find.
A bio ain’t a bio without some mention of a dog. Greg doesn’t have a dog, not yet. He and his girls have narrowed their search for a new addition to the Lewin’s family but the real struggle is parting with what seems like a lifetime of savings for a little furry drooler.
Greg is more a dot connector and problem solver than a recruiter. He enjoys the thrill of the hunt and making new connections with prospects along the way.
Greg holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Psychology from Howard University,
Masters in Strategic Human Capital Management from Georgetown University, and is a graduate of the Strategic Leadership program at Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
